Sign-in for dev.repro.dog. This login belongs to the semen bank and is separate from the seminar platform (seminar.repro.dog). Password managers assign both to the same domain repro.dog and therefore offer to “update” when saving – what you want is “save as a new password”. To keep them apart for good, use different usernames.
